My children and I live in this home. They will continue to grow up here, play on the swings, ride their bikes, play with their dogs, sleep with their kitties and finish school in the years ahead.
I am not selling the only home my children have ever known. I have been in the process of a dissolution of my marriage since 2013.
In the Los Angeles Superior Court, a court of competent jurisdiction over this matter, in Department 83, the Honorable Patrick A. Cathcart signed an order staying any sale of this home. A stipulation requesting the order for the stay was signed by Mr. Cade as well.
This court order remains in full force.
